It’s a story full of ups and downs, and a great deal of hard work on her behalf.
I’m proud of both what she has done and the case study document. I think it’s the most useful thing I’ve ever written.
My original plan was to write it as a series of posts. Then, when I realized how big it was, I thought I’d sell it. I’m sure I could have sold a few hundred copies. But I would love for a few thousand to get some benefit from it.
