It’s a Saturday and the first weekend of the new year. It’s time for a new style of post for Mike’s Life.

This is a discussion post – think of it like a debate. I’m going to suggest some things that may happen over the next ten years, and I’d be really interested in your thoughts, ideas and arguments in comments.

Print news media will cease to exist

E Books (Kindle etc) will outsell traditional print books

Wi fi will be free and will be everywhere in the western world

Tablet computers will be the most commonly used device for internet access

Twitter will have more users than Facebook
