I finally understand Twitter lists, thanks to Chris Brogan!

Did you see Chris’ post just now? It turned a light on for me.

You see, I’ve been looking at Twitter lists from the “me” point of view. How can they make my Twitter experience better? How many people have listed me?

But of course, the secret is in what you can do with lists for other people.

I’m going to create a list of:

  • Useful people to follow for new bloggers for this site
  • Great Tweeters who can help people who read my real estate blog
  • Local experts for travellers to this island for my travel blog

The options are endless. And how incredibly useful is it going to be for our friends and clients?

What lists are you going to create on this basis?

And can anyone explain how to preload a copy of Tweetdeck with lists?
