If you've been reading my blog, you'll have been following the story of Eben Pagan's upcoming launch. Here's the link to the next video in the series.
But for today, I want to talk about my observation of his launch.

One of the key success measures most bloggers use is the number of readers they have, and the number of comments received, correct? Historically, we've laughed at internet marketers, because we enjoy large, engaged audiences where they just dip into the market when they're ready to launch something.
But that's all changed recently. The internet marketers are CREAMING us in terms of traffic and comments. Have you seen the stats for the blog Eben started for his upcoming launch? Check these out:
From a blog which is a few weeks old and has a total of six posts on it! There isn't even an about page or contact page there!
Sure, you can argue that it isn't really a blog at all, and I accept that - it's more like an ongoing sales page. But the fact is, from a standing start, Eben has generated traffic and interaction that most bloggers would give a lot for. Hell, if you slapped Adsense on that site, you'd be looking at earning $50 or $60 a day from it.
It's all about marketing and promotion.
Of course, Eben has some advantages - he's a well known and respected name.
But we need to start to learn some lessons from people like him. Lessons in:
In a few days, this new product will launch, and I have no doubt that it will do over a Million Dollars in sales.
We're going to be left behind if we're not careful. While we spend time creating a third tribe, the first tribe are muscling in on our territory, and they're doing it bigger and better than we are. Unless you think differently?
