- Open a Twitter account
- Really engage with your Twitter followers, offer them help and advice
- Post dozens of really interesting, useful links via Twitter
- Build up to 15,000 Twitter followers
- Launch your blog and let all your followers know about it
- Continue the theme on the blog by posting some really useful content for all your new readers
