Saturday Discussion - Can you make the horses drink the water?

One of my eternal frustrations as someone who works to help new and learning bloggers is that so many people fail to take action. They read advice, they ask for and thank you for the advice, and then they do...nothing. They don't even do the opposite, which would have some merit.

I've veered from getting stressed about it to getting angry about it to just not worrying about it.

But I wonder if there's something I could or should be doing differently. Something we all could do differently to help?

Have you seen this happening?

Is there something we can do to change it?

Are you one of the people who does struggle to make things happen? What would help you? What stops you?

Have you successfully helped someone get over this problem?
