Saturday Discussion - Social Media Tips for Small Businesses

I was on a conference call with the directors of a UK based business, a training company, who are looking to social media as a way to generate leads.

One of them asked me "If you had to give one tip to us as we start to work with social media, what would it be?"

My somewhat off the cuff answer was "Be yourself on social media, not "The Company". But do represent the company."
