I'm Head of Marketing for a group of companies based in the UK, although I live in the paradise island of Lanzarote, just off the coast of Africa.

I'm a triathlete in the early stages of training, and I'm gradually working my way up to a full Ironman. I also love Scuba diving, and I've dived in some of the best locations in the world, but Lanzarote remains my favourite.

I'm a complete Petrol Head and love talking cars and Formula one.

And I'm a published author.
