"Mike's Life is a fantastic resource for bloggers who are passionate about writing and are serious about wanting to create a long term, sustainable income from their blogs."
I’m Mike. I was born in Hong Kong and educated in Britain. I live in The Canary Islands just off the coast of Africa. I’m married with two kids, and I’m in my forties. I speak two languages, I’m a decent writer and I’m a reasonably intelligent sort of guy.
I spent the first 18 years of my life working in big businesses and had a pretty good “corporate type” lifestyle. Then I started my own business here in The Canaries, and we've enjoyed many years of building it up, whilst restoring our old farmhouse.
I became a full time, professional blogger in 2008, and I love the lifestyle! I run two other blogs, but this one is my passion, and what we do here is help other people who want to become professional bloggers too!
I'm proud to be co-author of the smash hit book Beyond Blogging, which is fast becoming the book for bloggers everywhere.
I've been writing and broadcasting professionally for many years and I'm passionate about writing. Are you? Do you also want to earn income from writing your blog? If the answer to either is yes, then please join our extraordinary community.
We have created a fantastic community of like minded, serious bloggers. We learn together and earn together. We meet around the world and we help others achieve the things that we do. If you'd like to be part of it, just put your first name and email address into the box on your right.
I love the water and spend most of my time on, in or under the ocean - I scuba dive every week, I love sailing and I surf whenever the surf's up.
I love meeting people so please connect with me on Twitter @mikecj
Thanks for stopping here, and please stay with us. I promise you it will be extraordinary!
